Shipping freight items can require a bit more finesse. For any items that qualify as freight, please contact one of our team members as larger items will require special shipping arrangements (i.e.: crating, palletizing, etc.). Atlanta Air Exchange offers a 30-day warranty from the time of purchase.
ALL PURCHASES RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE MUST BE SHIPPED FREIGHT PREPAID. NO COD SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Customer-initiated returns are subject to a 15% restock charge.
Please make sure that your return includes the following:
RMA#
A copy of the original invoice
A full explanation for the return.
All returns must be properly packaged in the original shipping materials.
If any of the documents listed above are not accounted for, your return may be denied. No returns will be accepted after 30 days without prior written agreement.
