He Only Takes the Best
God saw that he was getting tired,
A cure was not to be.
So He put His arms around him
And whispered, “Come with Me.”
With tearful eyes, we watched him suffer,
And saw him fade away.
Although we loved him dearly,
We could not make him stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands to rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes “the best”.

  1. Mac & Donna Forbes (International Cessna 120-140 Association) says:

With more years than we can remember of being involved in the aviation biz, Randy stands out prominently as one of the all time most helpful, friendly and people-loving. With a special gift for showing patience with “small” customers when we knew he had much more important ones to serve, his genuine cordial nature was so refreshing and clearly inspired. A real loss to family, friends, customers, employer and just anyone so fortunate as to know him, he’s no doubt now enjoying his greatest reward. Our sympathy and best wishes to all who survive.

Randy, I know you’re dearly missed by countless friends and acquaintances you’ve made over the many years. Thanks for taking the time and helping me for the past 16 years when I came in looking for some small parts even tho you were always so busy.
Godspeed my friend. Our prayers are with you and your family.
